New thing today, tried new sushi rolls. Due to tracking what I eat and being healthy, I was planning ahead when we decided to have sushi one night. I researched ahead and tried to find the healthier un-fried sushi. I found two and they turned out pretty good.
I tried the Sexy Roll below. It's tuna, whitefish and salmon wrapped in cucumber and topped with onion and roe. It was alright. Filling and fairly tasty but it was pretty good for a healthy roll. Very juicy.
I also tried a Calba roll. It had crab and avocado on the inside, rice and tuna on the outside with a ponze sauce and onion. It was very tasty.
I love sushi and I love that it's fairly healthy too.
