New thing today, tried the autumn medley ready made mix from Fresh & Easy. Turned out very tasty. It had parsnips which I don't know really what they are but must have been good. Also had squash, butternut squash, onions & parsnips. Ready cut & seasoned, just bake for 30-40mins. Mmmmm! Yeay Fresh & Easy!
