Moe's Deli Food Truck - Naked Big Moe Brisket

New thing today, tried Moe's Deli Food Truck. Our work hosted the truck, and we got to try a limited menu. I got the Char-Siu brisket but "Naked" where they put it in a rice wrapper and vegetables, and Chinese aioli on the side. It was quite tasty, but the brisket was sweet which was a little odd. I only ate half, and thought it was just ok. The other half I ate later, but when I microwaved it, it was much tastier. I think I prefer warm vegetables and rolls, rather than cold wrap type foods.

New thing, good and I would try it again.
