New thing today, tried Sophia wine from Coppola - Blanc de Blancs. Eh. I wasn't really liking it much. Beautiful wrapping, label and bottle though. I was low class and added some sugar free raspberry syrup. Liked it much better after that. I think I prefer the Pinot Noirs and Grigios. BUT I am enjoying the buzz and the Friday afternoon.
