New thing today, made a corn and green chile frittata. Recipe was from the Weight Watchers Momentum Cookbook - also a first I think. It was really easy and I shopped for ingredients this weekend. I thought it looked and smelled amazing. It tasted a bit bland though. I did add ketchup and salt while eating it and it was better. Should be a healthy breakfast I can eat over the next few days. Overall ok final product, but I really enjoyed the process of making and trying something new :)
