New thing today, took a lunch nap while at work. I was tired all day, but I didn't think I was that tired. Lunch rolled around. I sat outside and it was this perfect warm cool day. I was reading on my phone and the feeling of sleep just took over. I hardly ever nap. If and when I do, it's usually on the weekends for 3-4 hours. I set an alarm so I wouldn't be late back from lunch to work. I napped maybe 20-30 minutes & overslept the alarm and was back late about 5 minutes over. Not bad, sluggish coming back, but overall a much needed nap. It really is a new thing for me because it just is. We're moving buildings at work and there won't be that little quiet outdoor lounge area anymore. I hope no one watched me sleep or drool or anything embarrassing.
Naps are wonderful :)
